During Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan, he spearheaded efforts in domestic and global receiving, inventory audits, and order fulfilment, consistently exceeding Department of the Army standards. Transitioning into the renewable energy sector, Luis excelled as a Renewable Energy Sourcing Specialist, partnering with industry giants like General Electric and Black & Veatch. He expertly procured materials and equipment for wind turbine and solar projects, fostering strong supplier connections and employing sophisticated analytics and project management strategies to enhance procurement efficiency.
